Eski ordu pilotu Loren Mercer (Alex Reid III) Güney Pasifik'te gizli bir görev sırasında kaybolan eski erkek arkadaşı Capt. John Lightfoot'u (Jesus Cabrero) aramaktadır. Ancak bilmediği şey bir uzay aracının Lightfoot ile çarpışması sonucu bir adaya biyolojik madde boşalttığıdır. Arama ekibi bir süre sonra dev örümceklerle karşılaşacaklardır.
