Batman ve Nightwing bu defa ki macerada dünyayı kurtarmak için Poison Ivy ve Jason Woodrue ile savaşmak zorundadır. Poison Ivy ve Jason Woodrue dünyada bir bitki-hibrit türü başlatmak istemektelerdir. Ancak Batman bu tehlikeli ikilinin yapacakları en ufak bir hata da bile tüm gezegendeki yaşamı yok edebileceklerini anlamıştır.
