Hayvan eğitmeni Eddie işi gereği bir çok hayvanla uğraşmaktadır fakat oğlu Bill'in evde hayvan beslemesine karşıdır. Bu nedenle Bill'in sokakta bulduğu Beethoven'a ve sevimli yavrularına evde bakmasına izin vermez.
