Come As You Are, daha önce cinsel ilişkide bulunmamış engelli üç adamın hikâyesini konu ediyor. Engelli üç genç adam, hiç cinsel deneyim yaşamamıştır. Bu duruma bir son vermek isteyen adamlar, Montreal'de insanların özel ihtiyaçları için hizmet veren bir geneleve gitmeye karar verir. Bunun için kendilerine düşkün ebeveynlerinden kaçarak macera dolu bir yolculuğa çıkarlar. Bu yolculukta onlara isteksiz bir hemşire eşlik edecektir.
