2013'te Arizona eyaletinin Prescott bölgesine bağlı Granite Mountain Hotshots'ta korkunç bir yangın başlar. Kısa sürede iyice yayılan yangın birçok hayatı tehdit etmektedir. Yangınla mücadele için Granite Mountain Hotshots yangın departmanında çalışan 19 itfaiyeci göreve başlarlar. Ancak yangınla mücadele oldukça zorludur. Herkesin kaçmaya çalıştığı mücadeleye koşar adım ilerleyen itfaiye ekibi, sevdiklerini, ailelerini ve komşularını koruyabilmek için kendi hayatlarını kaybetme riskiyle yüzleşmek zorunda kalacaktır...
