Dorothy,büyülü Oz diyarından Kansas’taki evine döneli altı ay olmuştur ve halen uyuyamamaktadır.Halası onu doktora götürür tedavi cevap vermez ve küçük kız kliniğe yatırılır.Dorothy bir sabah uyandığında kendini yeniden Oz ülkesinde bulur.Korkuluk başta olmak üzere eski dostlarıyla yeniden bir araya gelirken konuşan tavuk,balkabağı adam gibi yeni arkadaşlar edinir.Korkuluk ondan,Oz’u şeytani kraldan kurtarmasını ister.
