Serinin 4.'sü ve sonuncusu olan filmde; öldü zannedilen Radu, kötü bir şekilde yanmıştır ve bir mahzene sığınmıştır. Bir araba kazası yaşanır ve sağ kalan tek kişi Michelle'dir. Bunu farkeden ve Michelle'in güneş ışığına tepkisini gören Ana, onu eski profesörü Dr. Nicolescu'ya götürür. Dr. Nicolescu'nun kendisi de bir vampirdir ancak kan ihtiyacı dışında, vampir zayıflıklarına karşı bağışıklık kazanmak için bilimi kullanmaktadır. Michelle uyandığında, Dr. Nicolescu onu vampirizminden kurtarmaya söz verir. Radu ise ailesine ait olan kan taşı yani "Bloodstone"u geri alma ve intikam arzusuyla Michelle'i bulmaya kararlıdır.
